Pups are sometimes born more 'wobbly'/unstable than others because of how they have been laying in the womb. Make sure they are dry and comfortable and are not laid in one position for too long. Rubbing them gently can help too. I have never taken pups to the vets because of this, I doubt there is anything that can be done save for euthansia, but given that pups make incredible recoveries it is worth giving them every chance providing they are not in any pain. Some pups are born with a limb turning outwards and this may be helped by gently correcting it (but don't force it!), over a matter of days it can right itself. Think about how long they may have been squashed in the womb, that might explain the time needed to get 'right' again Mr Big was very wobbly when he was born and only 44g, within 48 hours he was moving around normally, he had been in the womb with 2 much larger siblings that were born dead on arrival.
