Yes, but not all of them get greasy, just as not all of boars get greasy and when they do it's to differing degrees. Clean sow's grease glands with Swarfega, just as you would a boars.
Swarfega is a product for getting grease off of a mechanics hands and can be bought at Halfords and similar. Put a small amount of Swarfega on the grease gland and massage into the surrounding hair. The grease quickly bereaks down and can be rinsed off within minutes. Because of the speed that Swarfega works it means it is not in contact with guineas' skin for too long (if at all).
